Building Information Modelling is a holistic, digital process for creating and managing information for a construction project. Based on a model, BIM integrates structured data to create a digital representation of an object throughout its life cycle. This allows all stakeholders to work together on an integrated data model. For smooth project coordination, we use BIM within planning as well as in construction and for subsequent operation by the operator.

Agile and streamlined construction projects require careful planning and optimised processes in line with Lean principles.  This streamlines all processes from planning to execution, increases added value and facilitates transparent communications across all project levels. Work steps are clearly defined and analysed in advance 鈥� this helps us to design projects in a way that optimises the use of time and resources.
